Cancellation Policy
25% of the value of the booking will be required as a non-refundable deposit as confirmation of your booking. If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, a full refund will be offered minus the deposit paid. The deposit may also be refunded but only at the owner's discretion. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to guest arrival, no automatic refund will be due. A full or partial refund may be offered at the owner's discretion depending on if the dates can be re-let at a comparable rate. We strongly advise all guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from the financial impact of cancelling.
